1. Kabul
Stilo Dolabı’nı kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları’nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kayıt olmadan veya giriş yapmadan önce koşulları okuyup onaylaman gerekir.
2. Sıfır tolerans
Uygunsuz içeriğe, nefret söylemine, müstehcenliğe, şiddet içeren görsellere, tacize, tehdide, spam’e ve kötüye kullanıma karşı sıfır tolerans uygulanır. Bu tür içerik veya davranış kesinlikle yasaktır.
3. Kullanıcı içeriği
Yüklediğin fotoğraflar, isimler, mesajlar ve kombin önerileri senin sorumluluğundadır. Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden, yasa dışı veya rahatsız edici içerik paylaşamazsın.
4. Şikayet ve filtreleme
Uygunsuz içeriği şikayet edebilirsin. Şikayet edilen içerik senin akışından anında kaldırılır. Metin alanlarında uygunsuz ifadeler otomatik olarak filtrelenir. Geliştirici, şikayetleri 24 saat içinde inceler; ihlal tespit edilirse içeriği kaldırır ve ihlali yapan kullanıcıyı uygulamadan çıkarabilir.
5. Engelleme
Tacizci veya rahatsız edici kullanıcıları engelleyebilirsin. Engelleme, o kullanıcının içeriğini senin akışından anında kaldırır ve geliştiriciye bildirim gönderir.
6. Hesap
Hesabını dilediğin zaman Profil ekranından kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Koşulları ihlal eden hesaplar uyarı olmadan kapatılabilir. Silme adımları destek sayfasında.
7. Sorumluluk
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kullanıcılar arasındaki iletişim ve paylaşılan görsellerden Stilo Dolabı sorumlu tutulamaz; ancak şikayetlere 24 saat içinde aksiyon alır.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Güncel sürümü uygulamadaki Kullanım Koşulları sayfasından görebilirsin.
9. Abonelik
Stilo Plus, App Store veya Google Play üzerinden sunulan otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ücretsiz planda kıyafet, kombin ve aylık öneri sayıları sınırlıdır; Plus bu sınırları kaldırır. Fiyat, süre ve yenileme bilgisi satın alma ekranında mağazadan gelen güncel tutarla gösterilir. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe yenilenir. Ödeme Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerin Stilo Dolabı’nda saklanmaz. Hesabını silmek, mağaza aboneliğini otomatik iptal etmez; iptal için cihazının abonelik ayarlarını kullan.
1. Acceptance
By using Stilo Dolabı you accept these Terms of Use. You must read and approve the terms before signing up or logging in.
2. Zero tolerance
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content, hate speech, obscenity, violent imagery, harassment, threats, spam and abuse. Such content or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
3. User content
The photos, names, messages and outfit suggestions you upload are your responsibility. You may not share content that is illegal, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others.
4. Reporting and filtering
You can report inappropriate content. Reported content is removed from your feed immediately. Inappropriate language in text fields is filtered automatically. The developer reviews reports within 24 hours; if a violation is confirmed, the content is removed and the offending user may be ejected from the app.
5. Blocking
You can block abusive or disturbing users. Blocking removes that user's content from your feed immediately and notifies the developer.
6. Account
You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Accounts that violate these terms may be closed without warning. Deletion steps are on the support page.
7. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. Stilo Dolabı is not liable for communication between users or for shared imagery; however, it acts on reports within 24 hours.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. You can always see the current version on the Terms of Use screen in the app.
9. Subscriptions
Stilo Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. The free plan limits clothes, outfits and monthly suggestions; Plus removes those limits. Price, duration and renewal details are shown on the purchase screen using the live store amount. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple or Google processes payment; Stilo Dolabı does not store your card details. Deleting your account does not cancel the store subscription; use your device subscription settings to cancel.
